What we collect

Company details; the names and email addresses of users; sign-in and security events; and the equipment records, files and photos your company stores.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, send sign-in codes, reminders and notifications, process payments and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. ScoreUs Gage does not store card numbers.

Where data is stored

The service is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's data in every request, file, report and export.

Cookies

The application uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms. The marketing website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visits are counted without cookies: the network address and browser are turned into a code with a key that changes every day and is then deleted, the address itself is not stored, and browsers that send Global Privacy Control are not counted.

Retention

Records are kept while your company has an account, including after a downgrade or cancellation. An administrator can delete the company under Settings, Data export: it closes straight away, and 30 days later every record, photo and file is erased. Billing records needed for accounting are kept without your data.

Your choices

Users can see and correct their own details, and administrators can export the company's data. To make a request about your personal information, email support@scoreusgage.com.
